Classic Chinese barbecue — straight from the family archives, reimagined for our busy lives. Savory yet sweet just like traditional char siu pork buns, with a smoky white pepper finish. Ours comes ready to pour— on meat, seafood, veg, leftovers, or anything that needs instant oomph.
