Ingredients
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 TBL garlic
1/2 lb of minced pork or turkey
1/4 cup of basil (or less for a milder tasting dish)
Bowlcut Spicy Lemongrass sauce
Instructions
- Heat pan or wok until hot and add neutral oil
- Add diced onions, garlic, ground meat, and 2-3TBL of Bowlcut Spicy Lemongrass sauce
- When almost done, add sliced onions and basil and keep stir frying
