Fried Rice

When you're craving fried rice

The Recipe


2 Cups Rice (day old rice if possible)
2 Eggs
4 Scallions (Sliced)
4 Oz Protein (any)
Optional: 2 oz frozen peas and carrots
¼ cup Bowlcut sauce (any)
Salt to taste


  1. In a high heat wok scramble eggs till semi firm.
  2. Remove eggs and reserve.
  3. Stir fry protein for 2 minutes on high heat, then add rice and sliced white ends of scallion.
  4. Sautee rice on high heat for 5 minutes an white parts of scallions. 
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Reintroduce egg and add Bowlcut Classic Stir Fry sauce.
  6. Sautee for 2 more minutes.
