The Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb Salmon
3 tbs Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ sauce
1 tbs Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsb Pineapple juice
Slices of pineapple
Instructions
1. Mix char siu, honey, soy, and pineapple juice together.
2. Brush glaze on salmon and add one slice of pineapple on top.
3. Bake 400 degrees for 6 minutes, then broil for 4 mins basting occasionally (optional).
