Honey Chili Crisp Salmon

The Recipe


1 8 oz salmon filet
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp avocado oil


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bowlcut Chili Crisp, garlic, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. While it heats, pat salmon dry with paper towel.
  3. Once pan is hot, add oil and salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear each side for 3 minutes, or until salmon releases from the pan easily and is firm to touch.
  5. Remove salmon from heat and coat with honey chili mixture. Top with scallions and serve.
