Gochujang Pasta Alla Vodka

Our beige flag: Recreating every pasta known to mankind with a little gochujang flair. This slight remake from our Ji Won Choi x Bowlcut gochujang pasta makes a big flavor difference.

The Recipe


Pasta of your choice, conchiglie recommended
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Bowlcut x Ji Won Choi gochujang sauce
2 tbsp vodka
Grated parmesan
Chopped green onion, optional


  1. Boil a pot of water with salt.
  2. Add pasta to boiling water and cook to al dente. Save 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain rest.
  3. Add butter to a pan on medium heat.
  4. Once melted, add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add Bowlcut x Ji Won Choi gochujang sauce and saute.
  6. Add vodka to the pan and stir until incorporated. Make sure to scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  7. Stir in heavy cream until combined. Add pasta water slowly until combined.
  8. Mix in pasta and bring to simmer.
  9. Stir frequently until combined.
  10. Once sauce thickens, grate in parmesan.
  11. Serve with green onions and parmesan to taste.
