Gochujang Pasta
Gochujang pasta by Bowlcut x Ji Won Choi, inspired by her time living in Milan
The Recipe
Ingredients
Pasta
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Chopped garlic
Grated parmesan
Green onion BOWLCUT x JI WON CHOI gochujang sauce
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water with salt.
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook to al dente.
- Save 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain rest.
- Add butter to a pan on medium heat.
- Once melted, add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add gochujang sauce and saute.
- Stir in heavy cream until combined. Add pasta water slowly until combined.
- Mix in pasta and bring to simmer.
- Stir frequently until combined.
- Once sauce thickens, grate in parmesan.
- Serve with green onions and parmesan to taste.
