Chocolate Chili Crisp Protein Granola

Better-for-you granola to spice up your breakfast rotation. This granola is high in prebiotic fibers and essential antioxidants — plus reduced sodium and refined sugar-free. Mmmm 🤤

The Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups oats of your choice
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp chia seed
3 tbsp flax seed
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350ºF. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spread the mixture on a medium sized baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 18–20 minutes or until granola is toasted to your desire.
  3. Once cooled, add chopped dark chocolate. This granola is best served over a bowl of Greek yogurt.
