STEAMED FISH

INGREDIENTS
- - 3- 4 fillets of sea bass, approx. 1.5 lbs
- - 1 cup oil
- - 1/4 tsp garlic
- - 1/4 tsp salt
- - 1/4 tsp sugar
- - 2 tbl ginger julienned
- - 1/4 tsp chicken boullion
- - 1 tbls soy sauce
- - 1 tsp oyster sauce
- - 1 tbl water or chicken stock
- - 2 tsp corn starch + 1 tsp corn starch for sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the fish on a plate with two large pieces of ginger and green parts 1.5” scallions on the top. Steam for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

After steaming, discard ginger and scallions and pour out the excess liquid.

Add half of the julienne ginger and green parts of the scallions on top of the fish.

Mix water, sugar, light soy sauce, and white pepper and set aside.

Heat oil on high and add ginger and white parts of the scallion until it sizzles.

Pour the hot oil over the steamed fish.

Pour the soy sauce mixture on top.

Serve and enjoy immediately!
