Kimchi Tuna Dip

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cans of Dong Won Kimchi Tuna (well drained)

- 1/2 cup kimchi (well drained)

- 1/4 cup diced red onion

- 4 tbsp Kewpie Mayo

- 1 tbsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp

- 2 tbsp softened cream cheese

- 1 tbsp gochujang

- 1tsp rice vinegar

- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

- Furikake seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine tuna, kimchi, and onion in a large mixing bowl.

  1. In a separate bowl, mix Kewpie Mayo and Chili Crisp until well combined. Add to other bowl and fold lightly so the tuna doesn't break.

  1. Fold in cream cheese, gochujang, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Top with furikake and an extra drizzle of Chili Crisp.

  1. Serve with crackers and good vibes. 🙂
