Honey Chili Salmon

INGREDIENTS

- 1 8 oz salmon filet

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 3 tbsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp

- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp avocado oil

- Scallions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bowlcut Chili Crisp, garlic, and honey until well combined. Set aside.

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. While it heats, pat salmon dry with paper towel.

  1. Once pan is hot, add oil and salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Sear each side for 3 minutes, or until salmon releases from the pan easily and is firm to touch.
  1. Remove salmon from heat and coat with honey chili mixture. Top with scallions and serve.
