Spicy Harissa Roasted Tomato Toast

INGREDIENTS
- - Toasted bread of choice
- - 12 oz cherry tomatos
- - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- - 1 tbsp harissa
- - 1 tbsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp
- - Cream cheese of choice
INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an oven-safe pan, combine tomatoes, olive oil, harissa, Bowlcut Chili Crisp, salt, and pepper. Toss until tomatoes are thoroughly coated.

- Place in oven for 20–25 minutes, until tomatoes are wilted and most have popped open.

- Serve tomatoes and harissa tomato oil on toasted bread with cream cheese.
- Optional: Top with balsamic glaze.
