Char Siu Glazed Tofu

INGREDIENTS
- 1 firm tofu
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp
INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pat tofu dry and cut a cross hatch 3/4 down tofu block.

- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ, and Bowlcut Chili Crisp together and brush half onto tofu. Make sure to apply mixture evenly between gaps.

- Put tofu in over for 30 minutes until it begins caramelizing and slightly charred.

- Add remaining marinade to saucepan on low heat. Add brown sugar until well combined and sticky.
- Once tofu is cooked, glaze with remaining sauce.
- Slice and serve over rice.
