- 1 1/4 Lb ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
