Honey Chili Crisp Salmon

Every home chef needs a back-pocket salmon recipe — this one's ours.

1 8 oz salmon filet

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp Bowlcut Chili Crisp

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp avocado oil


  1. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Bowlcut Chili Crisp, garlic, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
  2. 2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. While it heats, pat salmon dry with paper towel.
  3. 3. Once pan is hot, add oil and salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Sear each side for 3 minutes, or until salmon releases from the pan easily and is firm to touch.
  5. 5. Remove salmon from heat and coat with honey chili mixture. Top with scallions and serve.
