Char Siu Eggplant

Easy three-step eggplant — tastes like it took more time.

2 servings | 20 minutes

1 pound large eggplant, sliced into ½-inch pieces

2 stalk scallions, thinly sliced greens only

4 tbsp Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ

Sesame, for garnish

  1. 1. Heat up oil in a nonstick pan and pan fry both sides of the eggplant until golden.
  2. 2. Add in Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ, ensuring you coat both sides of the eggplant.
  3. 3. Serve topped with scallions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
